Ubuntu increases the networking opportunities of job-seeking youth by organising two career fairs each year for 200 graduating seniors that are attended by local and national employee-seeking organisations. These events allow youth to liaise with employers, learn about new opportunities and develop new contacts. We carefully select employers that are either seeking new job candidates, or will in the near future.
