Our Programmes Empowerment Initiative

Local Outreach and Mentorship

Ubuntu builds and maintains relationships with local and national businesses that work with vulnerable youth, such as high school students, to secure living-wage employment. We maintain a database of these relationships that can be categorized by location, job availability and skills needed. When appropriate candidates are identified, Ubuntu uses these relationships to introduce job-seekers to employers.
